Order Cancellation
Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. There will be cancellation charges i.e. 6% of the paid amount; the rest of the amount will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow time for the credit to appear in your account.
However, after this time period no refunds are offered.

Products cannot be exchanged at our retail locations.- We offer exchanges only if the product delivered is faulty or not according to the details provided.
- No return or refund for jewellery and clutches once dispatched.
- No exchanges on sale items unless we deliver the incorrect order.
